等离子退火线

等离子退火线可用于有色金属和黑色金属线材,管材,棒材,带材热处理。可用于退火,应力释放,淬火等应用。 等离子退火腔体内惰性气氛环境可在退火的同时清除材料表面油脂及氧化层。

对比传统退火炉,等离子退火炉主要优势:

  • 高亮,无划痕,无缺陷的产品表面在纵向和横向上具有微小晶粒尺寸的均匀晶体结构,从而具备连续一致的机械性能,并能够降低:

PlasmaANNEALER is a heat treatment machine for stainless steel and nickel alloy wire, rod, tube, rope, and strip. Plasma heat treatment can be used for annealing, stress relieving or hardening applications.

PV Ribbon Line

PV ribbon is a tinned copper ribbon installed in photovoltaic solar panels. The interconnect ribbon is soldered directly onto silicon crystal to interconnect solar cells in a solar panel. The PV bus bar is installed around the perimeter of the solar panel and connects the interconnect ribbons to the junction box.

PV Ribbon Line is used for production of PV Ribbon. The production includes annealing and cleaning of copper ribbon prior to hot-dip tinning and spooling. This is an acid-free, flux-free, environmentally friendly process. It provides the operator with safe and clean working conditions. The production is fully automated utilizing an easy-to-use operator interface with integrated quality control features.

PlasmaPREPLATE

PlasmaPREPLATE process was designed for surface cleaning, surface oxide removal and annealing prior to plating for wires, strip or tube. PlasmaPREPLATE is a chemical-free alternative to chemical cleaning and fluxing. PlasmaPREPLATE can be installed in-line with electroplating or hot dip plating.

The effects of PlasmaPREPLATE process on the material:

  • Heat treatment: homogenous mechanical properties

PlasmaGRAPH

PlasmaGRAPH is a machine designed to remove graphite lubricants from the material surface. PlasmaGRAPH is a cost effective alternative to electro-polishing, used for the cleaning of hot drawn materials such as molybdenum or tantalum or other material contaminated with graphite. Unlike electrochemical polishing, plasma process results in no loss of base material.

等离子退火技术介绍

我司与Plasmait(奥地利公司)自2018年开始合作并代理其设备在中国市场的推广和销售。等离子退火通过离子轰击被加工材料表面,通过离子释放的能量加热材料。杂质和油脂物质在离子轰击过程中分解并通过排气系统排出。在材料退火的同时对材料表面进行清洁为后一道工序做准备。 图 1 描述了在工作腔室内等离子体在金属表面工作时的状态。腔室中,电场会使离子加速冲击到处理材料 (线材等)表面,而电子则向腔室的外壁方向运动。离子轰击会把处理材料表面快速升温,而几乎无质量的电子则不携带能量,因此不会加热腔室。这种工作原理保证了对材料进行等离子体退火是一种非常高效率的技术,在腔室内只有非常少的能量作为散失热而损失。
